A family holding company, named after the family.

We own and operate preschools, wellness clinics, restaurants, and real estate — 22 locations that people walk into every day.

Every business we own is one you can walk into.

That shapes how we buy. A classroom, a treatment room, and a dining room have almost nothing in common on paper, but they run on the same thing: whether the person at the front desk makes someone's day better. We look for businesses where that is the whole job, and for the operators who are already good at it.

We hold for the long term. We are not assembling a portfolio to sell it.

The name is not a strategy. L is our daughter Lia. A is Ali. N is our son Noah. S is Soha. Four people, in order, and the reason any of this exists.

It is also the standard. Before we buy anything, we ask whether we would send our own kids through the door, and whether we would be proud of how the staff got treated on the way. If the answer is no, the numbers do not rescue it.

The mark is an A-frame — two strokes leaning into each other, held together by a single crossbar. It reads as the A in LANS, and as the thing that keeps both sides standing.

The people running the buildings are the business.

We back operators

School directors, clinic operators, and general managers make the daily calls. Our job is to give them the tools, the training budget, and the room to decide.

We read the numbers weekly

Membership, enrollment, covers, and labor get reviewed every week, not every quarter. Problems are cheap to fix while they are still small.

We build the process first

Nothing gets scaled until it runs cleanly in one location. Growth that outpaces the operating system is how multi-unit groups break.

Let's talk.

Selling a business

We look at franchise resales and independent operations in early education, wellness, food, and commercial real estate. We can move quickly on the right fit.

Building a career

We hire directors, clinic operators, and general managers across all six states, and we promote from inside our locations first.
